About You: We’re looking for a Credentialed Veterinary Technician who is:

  • Dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and creating a positive experience for pet owners.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to stay calm and composed during stressful situations.
  • Excited to work with dogs and cats and diverse people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist veterinarians in conducting comprehensive wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatment plans.
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and other treatments under the supervision of licensed veterinarians.
  • Monitor anesthesia levels and provide support with surgical preparation and post-operative recovery.
  • Perform dental cleanings and radiographs, contributing to overall patient care.
  • Educate pet owners on preventative health practices, including vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and nutrition.
  • Conduct in-house diagnostic tests, place IV catheters, and collect samples for analysis.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage schedules to ensure smooth clinic operations and efficient patient care.

Qualifications:

  • CVT certification (new graduates welcome! We'll even help you with license transfer fees if you’re moving from another state)
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
