🐾 Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Join Our Fun & Friendly Team! 🐾

Are you a people person with a love for animals? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? If so, we want YOU to be our newest Veterinary Customer Service Representative!

We are a busy, 5-doctor veterinary practice with boarding and grooming services, and we’re looking for a warm, energetic, and organized individual to join our reception team. We’re a tight-knit crew that values communication, teamwork, and the occasional Chick-fil-A treat to keep us fueled while we care for the pets in our community.

What You’ll Do:

🐾 Greet clients and their adorable pets with a friendly smile
📞 Handle multi-line phones with professionalism and efficiency
💻 Work with our practice management software to schedule appointments and process payments
📋 Assist with general administrative duties to keep the practice running smoothly
🐶 Help keep things running efficiently so our veterinarians and techs can focus on pet care
? Be a key part of a team that loves what we do and supports each other every day

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and excellent people skills
  • A love for animals and the community we serve
  • Comfort with technology and practice management software (we’ll train you!)
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong conflict resolution skills – the ability to stay calm and professional when handling stressful situations
  • A team player who is ready to jump in and help wherever needed

Previous veterinary or customer service experience is a plus, but a great personality and a willingness to learn are what matter most!
