Client Service Representative (CSR) – Join Our Friendly Team!

Location: Oak Pointe Veterinary Care

Oak Pointe Veterinary Care, a full-service companion and exotic pet hospital, is looking for a friendly and organized Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! If you love working with people and animals, this is the perfect opportunity to grow in a rewarding environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet clients with a warm, professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and assist with client check-in/check-out
  • Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate client records
  • Assist with administrative tasks to keep the hospital running smoothly
  • Help create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for clients and their pets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Customer service or relevant experience is required (veterinary experience is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for animals and providing excellent client care
