Countryside Animal Clinic is seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to become a key member of our growing team! What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Personable approach to working with clients and their pets
  • Our ideal candidate will be proficient in general medicine
  • We welcome a DVM with additional skills (acupuncture, rehabilitation therapy, or exotics) who can contribute to our collaborative learning environment.
  • While our primary focus is on dogs and cats, we do have a few doctors who handle exotics as needed.
  • Experience in ultrasound is a plus
  • The willingness to train and share knowledge with your colleagues and staff is highly valued.

  • Laparoscopy and Flexible GI Endoscopy
  • GE Logiq V5 Expert Ultrasound
  • Electrocautery and Multi Radiance therapeutic laser
  • Multiple types of patient anesthesia monitoring & Cardell pulse oximetry with capnography
  • In-house lab capabilities via IDEXX
  • Utilize multiple laboratories to work up multiple types of cases
  • Avimark software program & paper-lite EMR

Qualifications:

  • Excellent client relationship skills and a strong focus on customer service
  • Confidence in (or desire to learn) routine surgical procedures, including dental extractions is a plus
  • Competence in ultrasound (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work alternating weekends (clinic hours on Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
