What You’ll Do

As a Veterinary Technician at Kindness Animal Hospital, you’ll utilize your technical skills and medical expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

βœ”οΈ Proper animal restraint
βœ”οΈ Administering fluids, medications, and treatments
βœ”οΈ Wound care and bandaging
βœ”οΈ Performing imaging and laboratory tests
βœ”οΈ Preparing patients for surgical procedures
βœ”οΈ Monitoring anesthesia and assisting in surgery (including orthopedics if desired)
βœ”οΈ Dental procedures
βœ”οΈ Filling prescriptions
βœ”οΈ Providing exceptional client education and communication

What We’re Looking For

βœ… Licensed Veterinary Technician in ND or MN (or ability to transfer)
βœ… Previous experience or medical training in veterinary or human medicine
βœ… Strong written, verbal, and customer service skills
βœ… A team player with problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
βœ… Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
βœ… Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital veterinary systems
