Countryside Veterinary Clinic, a growing general practice in Henrico, VA, is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our dedicated and compassionate team. We are a privately run, small-scale practice focused on excellent patient care and strong client relationships. We offer scheduled appointments, same-day sick visits when possible, and no overnight care.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced LVT who wants to take on a leadership role—or a motivated new graduate ready to grow with hands-on mentorship and professional development.

What You’ll Do:

· Place IV catheters, administer medications, and perform patient treatments

· Monitor and administer anesthesia

· Assist in surgery and perform dental cleanings with radiographs

· Conduct in-house laboratory testing and diagnostic radiographs

· Provide client education and ensure clear communication

Who We’re Looking For:

· A Licensed Veterinary Technician in the state of Virginia (or eligible)

· Proficient in surgery and dentals—or excited to develop these skills

· Comfortable with drug calculations, bloodwork, and hands-on patient care

· Passionate about fear-free and feline-friendly practices

· A strong communicator with a team-first mindset

· Interested in growing into a leadership position
