Key Responsibilities:

Support the Hospital Manager in day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control

Provide leadership and support to veterinary staff and front desk team

Ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction

Help implement hospital policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care

Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and KPI tracking

Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a veterinary or medical office setting (management experience preferred)

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with veterinary practice management software is a plus
