We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Client Care to join our dedicated team. This role is central to ensuring our clients and their beloved pets feel welcomed, supported, and appreciated every step of the way.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for both our clients and their pets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive client communication, predominantly via telephone.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing booking requests efficiently
  • Answering calls and messages promptly and accurately
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and client records
  • Supporting the team with light cleaning duties to maintain a welcoming space
  • Providing information about our services and ensuring client needs are met with care and compassion

This  position combines customer service, communication, and organization with a love for animals and a calm, empathetic demeanor.

  • Basic math and computer proficiency required
  • Previous experience with veterinary software (Avimark specifically) or medical terminology is an asset

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in client care or customer service is essential
  • Veterinary or medical office experience is a strong plus

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour shifts

Location: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate near our clinic.
