Are you an experienced Veterinary Receptionist looking for a positive, team-oriented workplace where you can grow your career? Centralia Animal Hospital in Chester, VA, is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist with at least 1 year of experience to join our expanding team!. You would provide excellent and expeditious client experience; greet clients, respond to questions; process incoming and outgoing pets, and handle payments. Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail. Monitor client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Document and maintain client informaion, service data and other pertinent information within business operations software. Escalate complex matters to senior staff.
