The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our experienced, collaborative team. You’ll be supported by a cohesive group of doctors, credentialed technicians, and a leadership team that truly values your voice. We offer a flexible schedule and opportunities to build your caseload around your clinical passions.

Compensation:
$110,000–$130,000 base salary depending on experience
21% production bonus, paid monthly
No negative accrual

The Schedule:
Flexible scheduling options — including four-day workweeks
No on-call or after-hours emergencies

Our Services & Equipment:
Trusted care for working dogs, including TSA and casino K9 units
Soft tissue, orthopedic, and laser surgery
Digital radiography and dental radiographs
Ultrasound and PRP therapy
Comprehensive in-house lab
Urgent care and dentistry
Preventive care and client education
