The Opportunity

  • Provide medical leadership and ensure the highest standards of care
  • Mentor and manage associate veterinarians
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold veterinary ethics
  • Partner with the Hospital Manager on financial performance
  • Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets
  • Oversee staff and overall hospital operations
  • Collaborate with divisional leadership under National Veterinary Associates (NVA)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a DVM
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
  • Active Florida veterinary license in good standing
  • Commitment to high-quality medicine and the veterinary code of ethics
  • Leadership mindset with strong communication skills

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
