Your Role as Medical Director

You’re the visionary. The culture-shaper. The high-standards champion.

You will:

Elevate clinical quality and help shape medical protocols
Mentor doctors and technicians to grow their skills and confidence
Partner with the Hospital Manager on financial health, recruiting, scheduling & KPIs
Lead strategic planning, drive innovation, and make our workflows shine
Strengthen client education, retention, and community visibility
Foster a hospital culture that people love being part of

Compensation

💰 $115K–$150K base salary
💥 Production bonuses
🎉 Generous signing bonus

?Relocating MDVMs receive $20,000 or more towards stress-free relocation assistance with our corporate relocation partner!

Eligibility is dependent on distance moved, business need, and final approval from Talent Acquisition. Payment amounts and criteria may vary by role and are subject to change at any time.
