Job Description

Angel Parkway Pet Hospital is growing fast, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Full-Time Receptionist to join our team! We are a free-standing, modern veterinary hospital that prides itself on providing exceptional care for pets and outstanding service for their owners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome clients with a warm and professional greeting

  • Manage client check-ins/check-outs efficiently

  • Answer and direct multiple phone lines

  • Schedule appointments for exams, grooming, and boarding

  • Process, scan, and fax important documents

  • Provide client education on pet care and nutrition

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional lobby area

  • Support kennel technicians during busy boarding seasons

  • Assist veterinary technicians when needed (e.g., preparing vaccines, nail trims, etc.)

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Positive and professional attitude

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills

  • Customer service experience (veterinary or medical office experience a plus)

  • Comfortable working with animals of all sizes

  • Reliable and team-oriented
