Client Service Representative
Join our team and be the warm, welcoming face of our practice! In this role, you’ll ensure every client enjoys an exceptional and efficient experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Answer questions in person, by phone, and via email
- Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in/check-out
- Process payments quickly and accurately
- Monitor and maintain a clean, inviting client waiting area
- Keep client records and service details updated in our software
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and email communications
- Escalate complex matters to senior staff as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of customer service or related experience. Experience in Veterinary field a plus.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
- Comfort with computers and scheduling software
