Veterinary Customer Service Representative -- Join Our Busy & Fun Practice!

Our customer service representatives aren't just answering phones -- they are the heart of the practice, supporting our medical team and creating an exceptional experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and online requests with efficiency
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow for a busy practice
  • Assist clients with check-ins, check-outs and payments
  • Educate clients on hospital services, preventative care, and resources
  • Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and assistants to keep the day running smoothly
  • Be part of a team that values continous learning and mutual support

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude, and love for both pets and people
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • A team player who enjoys helping others succeed
  • Previous veterinary or customer service experience a plus (but we're excited to train the right person)
