Elmwood Grove Animal Hospital is a cutting-edge, full-service small animal hospital in a premier suburb just west of Chicago, seeking a Managing Veterinarian to lead our talented 7-doctor team. Trusted in the community since 1972, we pair long-standing client relationships with technology and support to practice medicine at the highest level.

The Opportunity:

• Lead a well-established 7-doctor team as Managing Veterinarian

• Oversee surgical and medical cases while upholding high clinical standards and exceptional client care

• Mentor and guide associate veterinarians and staff in a collaborative, positive environment

• Partner with an experienced Hospital Manager on operations, with a clear pathway toward practice ownership

• At least 5-7 years of experience as a DVM in a small animal GP or urgent care setting, plus leadership skills and financial acumen are required for this role

ProSal Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary of $150,000–$170,000 plus production and leadership bonuses
