Northgate Small Animal Hospital is looking for a skilled Veterinary Assistant with 3+ years of experience in veterinary medicine to join our AAHA-accredited, Fear Free Certified hospital in Collinsville, IL. We’re passionate about fully utilizing our staff and creating a collaborative, supportive work environment where every team member can thrive.

What We’re Looking For

· 3+ years of experience in veterinary medicine (required)

· Strong technical skillset and ability to be fully utilized

· Confident, motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced hospital setting

· Team-oriented, flexible, and open to new ideas

Compensation & Benefits

· Competitive pay: $17– $20/hour (based on experience)
