Veterinarian

Seville Veterinary Hospital

Job Description

AAHA Accredited | Voted “Best of Gilbert”

Seville Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA-accredited, 7-doctor small animal practice in the heart of Gilbert, AZ.  With a loyal, engaged client base and a team that genuinely enjoys working together, we’re excited to welcome a new Associate Veterinarian.

Why Seville?

We’re known for practicing gold-standard medicine in a collaborative, supportive environment that never feels high-volume or transactional.  Our doctors take time to build relationships with clients, work closely with one another, and partner with mobile specialists in cardiology and internal medicine when needed.

We see a mix of general practice, urgent care, and drop-off cases - keeping the caseload interesting without overwhelming the day.

We also support individual clinical interests, whether that’s surgery, acupuncture, chiropractic care, or another area you’re excited to grow.

Our Team

You’ll join a well-rounded group of veterinarians supported by a stable, experienced team of technicians and CSRs who are aligned with our high standard of care.  The workflow is efficient and well-supported, allowing doctors to focus on medicine.

Collaboration is second nature here - questions are encouraged, second opinions are welcomed, and no one practices in a silo.

Hospital & Equipment

Our modern, AAHA-accredited facility includes:

  • 6 exam rooms, dedicated surgical suite, and 2-table dental suite
  • Digital radiology & digital dental radiography
  • Ultrasound, surgical & therapeutic lasers
  • Full in-house IDEXX lab + PRP capabilities
  • Acupuncture, chiropractic, and rehabilitative therapies

We offer wellness plans, and our clients are highly compliant and invested in their pets’ care.

Schedule Flexibility

We’re committed to building a schedule that works for you, with options including:

  • 3 days/week + 1 Saturday/month
  • 4 days/week + 1 Saturday/month

(Flexible and open to discussion.)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000–$130,000 (depending on experience)
  • Opportunity for production-based bonuses
  • Up to $10K signing bonus
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • CE allowance + dedicated CE time
  • Paid vacation and sick time
  • Licensure reimbursement
  • and more

Who Thrives Here

Our ideal candidate is:

  • Warm, communicative, and client-focused
  • A strong team player who enjoys humor and camaraderie
  • Comfortable with modern diagnostics and technology
  • Passionate about practicing high-quality medicine
  • Interested in developing or expanding a clinical interest

Surgical experience is a plus, but not required.

If you’re looking for a place where you can practice high-quality medicine, build meaningful client relationships, and be part of a genuinely supportive team, we’d love to connect.
