We’re hiring! Awesome Animal Hospital is seeking a competent, experienced veterinary assistant/receptionist or technician. You need to have at least 1 year of veterinary technician and 1 year of veterinary reception experience, the ability to perform dental prophylaxis, and assist in surgery. This is a split position 2 days a week as a technician and 2 days a week as a receptionist. We require excellence from all employees, and we can offer health care, PTO benefits, and uniform allowances.
Key Requirements
· High School Diploma or GED minimum or completion of a certificate program ( from community colleges, tech schools, or online).
· 1 year of experience minimum as a veterinary assistant, technician, and receptionist
· Excellent communication skills
· Must be friendly, outgoing, and “people-oriented.”
· Telephone and computer skills are necessary.
