Bremen Animal Hospital

Job Description

What if your next job wasn’t just a job, but the place you finally put down roots?

Bremen Animal Hospital has cared for the Tinley Park community for over 50 years, building its reputation on great medicine and great people. It’s a low-ego, tight-knit practice in a family-friendly south suburb, the kind of place where you can grow your surgical skills, keep your Sundays, and actually afford the life you’re building.

The Opportunity:

A loyal, established client base and a consistently busy, growing caseload

Room to develop your surgical skills with support, whether you’re a new grad or experienced DVM

No Sundays and rotating half-day Saturdays, with longer weekday shifts and fewer days

No non-compete, plus doctor-to-doctor mentorship, a 12-month early-career program, and an ownership pathway

The Resources:

A collaborative, low-ego team of experienced DVMs with a dedicated hospital manager

Recently renovated, modern facility with five exam rooms

Surgical suites with blood pressure monitoring, dental suite and dental x-rays

Full in-house diagnostics: digital x-rays, ultrasound, EKG, and IDEXX lab

The Lifestyle:

A family-friendly community with more space and genuinely affordable housing, about 35 minutes from downtown

Walk the Old Plank Road Trail, catch a summer show at the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre, and explore a lively downtown along Oak Park Avenue

Two Metra lines offering an easy car-free commute into the city

ProSal Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary of $110,000–$150,000 plus production bonuses

Up to $15,000 sign on bonus

   401(k) with company match

Access to CE courses (dentistry, ultrasound, surgery, and more) at NVA’s nearby PetOne Training Center in Addison, IL

Professional liability coverage, DEA and state licensing, and VIN membership

PTO, paid CE, and CE/licensing reimbursement

   Comprehensive health insurance coverage plans

   Generous staff pet discounts

Final compensation commensurate with experience, skills, schedule, and scope of services provided
