Palm City Animal Medical Center is seeking a dedicated veterinarian to join our well-established, AAHA-accredited hospital, where your clinical expertise and leadership skills can truly make an impact.

About the Hospital
- 8 doctor practice
- Great support staff to help foster your growth and special skill sets
- State-of-the-art facility with all the latest technology
- AAHA Accredited since 1981; newly built clinic in 2012
- Our 19,000 sq ft facility, houses our veterinary clinic along with on-site boarding and grooming services, with a separate daycare facility conveniently located right next door.
- Surgery performed five days a week with two operating tables
- Full-service treatment area with 6 tables and dedicated surgical suite
- Comprehensive services including digital radiology, CT scan, ultrasound, endoscopy, extensive dental care, and behavioral medicine
- Sandy Paws Day Spa provides a full daycare with in ground salt water pool.
- Snips n Snoozes offers grooming and luxury boarding
- Companion therapy laser and physical therapy services available with water treadmill and dedicated staff
- Focused on client satisfaction
The Opportunity
- Provide medical leadership and ensure the highest standards of care
- Mentor and manage associate veterinarians
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold veterinary ethics
- Partner with the Hospital Manager on financial performance
- Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets
- Oversee staff and overall hospital operations
- Collaborate with divisional leadership under National Veterinary Associates (NVA)
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a DVM
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
- Licensure in good standing to practice in FL.
- Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
