We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. 

This interesting and multifaceted job is ideal for those who have experience with Cornerstone or a background in fast paced customer service.  Responsibilities include client interaction, appointment scheduling, payment processing, phone and email management and client communication.
