Your Impact Starts Here

As a Licensed Veterinary Technician on our team, you’re not just assisting—you’re a critical part of delivering exceptional care and creating a seamless, compassionate experience for both pets and their people. You’ll work side-by-side with veterinarians and a supportive medical team to bring top-tier care to life in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

✨ What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)

You’ll play a hands-on role in patient care from start to finish, including:

  • Be a surgical superstar – Assist with everything from patient admission and prep to anesthesia monitoring, instrumentation, recovery, and discharge
  • Be the bridge with clients – Help guide pet owners through treatment plans, medications, follow-ups, and next steps with confidence and empathy
  • Support safe, effective exams – Provide proper restraint and hands-on assistance so veterinarians can deliver the best possible care
  • Administer care with precision – Prepare and give medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by DVM
  • Champion dental health – Perform routine dental cleanings under veterinary direction
  • Monitor anesthesia like a pro – Ensure patient safety and adjust care as needed
  • Capture the full picture – Take high-quality radiographs using proper positioning and techniques
  • Care beyond the procedure – Monitor and support patients recovering from surgery
  • Drive diagnostics forward – Run lab tests (bloodwork, urinalysis, etc.) that help guide treatment decisions
  • Respond when it matters most – Assist with emergency care and life-saving procedures
  • Keep things running smoothly – Prep samples, sterilize equipment, maintain treatment areas, and ensure everything is ready when needed
  • Work as one team – Collaborate closely with entire veterinary team to keep patients moving safely and efficiently through their care journey

🌟 What You Bring to the Table

  • ✅ Certified Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT)
  • ✅ Strong communication skills—you’re confident, compassionate, and clear with both clients and teammates
  • ✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • ✅ Skilled in safely handling animals of all temperaments
  • ✅ Emotional resilience and professionalism, including supporting clients through difficult moments
  • ✅ Commitment to continuous learning and growing your skills
  • ✅ Strong critical thinking, time management, and decision-making abilities

💙 Why You’ll Love It Here

You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, growth, and doing the right thing for every patient—every time. Whether you're supporting a routine visit or a critical procedure, your work truly matters.
