Pima North Animal Hospital is looking for a Client Care Representative who thrives on helping people, loves pets, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. As the first face clients see and the first voice they hear, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for every pet and pet parent who walks through our doors.

For nearly 30 years, Pima North Animal Hospital has been serving the Scottsdale community with exceptional veterinary care. Our AAHA-accredited, Cat Friendly Practice offers comprehensive medical, surgical, dental, boarding, and grooming services, providing our team with a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily patient flow
  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions and concerns
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Process payments and support client check-in and check-out
  • Partner closely with doctors, technicians, and hospital leadership to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Help create a positive and organized atmosphere for clients, patients, and teammates

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service, reception, or client-facing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and using computer software and scheduling systems
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and their pets
