North Country Veterinary Services is a two-hospital group serving the communities of Pulaski and Oswego, NY. This position is specifically for our Oswego location—a small animal-only hospital offering state-of-the-art medical care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our team is deeply passionate about patient care, and we take pride in continually elevating our standards of medicine and client service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in New York
  • 5+ years of experience in veterinary medicine
  • Strong leadership ability and emotional intelligence
  • Organized, efficient, and able to manage hospital workflow
  • A servant leader: a great listener who leads by example, supports the team, and fosters a positive culture
  • Skilled in mentorship—lead with confidence, compassion, and is passionate about helping others grow

You’ll work directly under our Assistant Hospital Manager, playing a key role in hospital operations, team development, and the delivery of exceptional patient care.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage: $22–$25/hour, based on experience
  • $500 sign-on bonus for LVTs
