Job Description
Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in Mount Laurel, NJ, is seeking an additional surgeon to join our team. We’re looking for a collaborative, team-oriented individual who thrives in a supportive and dynamic environment. Our doctors are experienced, with our emergency team averaging five years of tenure. We pride ourselves on our culture and ensure that our doctors are happy and well-supported. Our hospital director, a veterinarian herself, understands the unique needs and challenges our doctors face.
Our state-of-the-art facility is fully equipped with the latest technology, and our skilled, dedicated technicians provide outstanding support to our veterinary surgeons. The surgical team consists of two technicians and a veterinary assistant for each surgeon, and we’re proud to have a credentialed veterinary technician as our surgery supervisor. Mentorship is an important aspect of our hospital, and we’re excited to offer leadership and hands-on training to our new surgeon if needed.

Total earnings, including production, typically range from $200,000 to $500,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and caseload. For new residents, we provide 10 weeks of paid time off to prepare for the ACVS boards. Additional benefits include a lifestyle bonus, long-term retention plan options, comprehensive health coverage, 401(k), continuing education allowance, paid vacation, relocation assistance, and a flexible, desirable work schedule.
