Associate Veterinarian | Southside Animal Hospital | San Angelo, TX Pro-Sal with base salary up to $140,000 + | 21%+ Production | Up to $35,000 Bonus Package

We're a full-service, multi-doctor companion animal practice built on thorough care, experienced staff, and a team culture that actually lives up to the name. As we grow, we're looking for an Associate Veterinarian who wants to do great medicine, and feel great doing it.

What's in It for You

Compensation : Competitive Pro-Sal model with base salary up to $140,000 +, a bonus package up to $35,000 and 21%+ production.

Equipment : Ultrasound, surgical and therapeutic lasers, digital radiology, IDEXX in-house lab, dedicated isolation ward, and more.

Mentorship & Support : Work alongside doctors and staff who have been here 10+ years. This isn't a sink-or-swim environment. You'll be supported, collaborated with, and genuinely set up to succeed.

Schedule : No on-call. Flexible, collaborative scheduling. The clinic runs 5 days a week (8 AM–6 PM)
