Job Description

Bismarck Animal Clinic & Hospital is a 5 doctor AHAA accredited veterinary hospital in the heart of North Dakota.  We offer preventative care, general medicine, surgery, digital radiology, ultrasound diagnostic imaging, dental cleaning, and full in-house Idexx lab services.  

We are seeking a full-time licensed technician to join our growing team of skilled professionals. Our veterinary technicians work closely with the veterinarians to provide the highest quality of medicine in a compassionate caring environment where all of our team members passionately love animals.

Responsibilities of the technician include but are not limited to performing the following:

·         Client Communication and education

·         Diagnostic imaging preparation and processing

·         Medication dispensing and administration

·         Obtaining patient history and maintaining treatment records

·         Operating Room surgery assistance

·         Pre and post-surgery patient care

·         Practice protocol knowledge, understanding and adherence

·         Rotating on call and after hour treatment with four other LVTs every two weeks
