Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Hospital Manager in day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
- Provide leadership and support to veterinary staff and front desk team
- Ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction
- Help implement hospital policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care
- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with veterinary practice management software is a plus
