Emergency Veterinarian (Overnights) – Weatherford, TX


I-20 Animal Hospital is currently seeking an Emergency Veterinarian for an Overnight role and offers an outstanding compensation package, including a base of $130k–$200k (DOE), 22–23% production (DOE), and total earning potential of $250k–$300k.

Additional incentives include a $20k sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a schedule of only 14 shifts per month—providing exceptional work-life balance.


We welcome experienced ER DVMs, GP veterinarians seeking to transition into emergency medicine, and new graduates interested in developing their ER skillset within a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. New graduates will also benefit from structured mentorship through NVA’s 12-month Mentorship Program. Located in Weatherford, TX, I-20 Animal Hospital is a 24-hour emergency and critical care facility dedicated to delivering high-quality veterinary medicine while fostering a collaborative, family-oriented culture centered around teamwork, mentorship, and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)

• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Interest in emergency and critical care medicine
