We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to help visually bring our brand stories to life across a wide range of consumer touchpoints. 

ShapeResponsibilities:

  • Design high-impact visual assets for marketing and advertising initiatives, including social media, websites, email campaigns, digital and print ads, presentations, in-clinic materials, and consumer collateral. 
  • Translate brand strategy and messaging into compelling visual narratives that engage, inform, and inspire pet parents. 
  • Collaborate closely with writers, marketers, and creative leadership to develop integrated campaigns that align with brand voice, tone, and business objectives. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual executions, adhering to established brand guidelines while also helping evolve the visual identity as needed. 
  • Concept and execute creative solutions from initial idea through final production, managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files for digital and print, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications. 
  • Incorporate feedback constructively from internal stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity. 
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in consumer marketing, digital design, and social media. 

Experience & Background:

  • 8+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, or brand-focused environments. 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-facing design work across digital, social, and print channels. 
  • Experience supporting B2C brands, preferably within healthcare, lifestyle, retail, or animal care industries. 

Design & Technical Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. 
  • Experience designing for digital platforms (web, email, social, display ads) with a solid understanding of responsive and accessibility considerations. 
  • Working knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.

  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. 
  • Experience working within established brand systems for large or multi-brand organizations. 
  • Familiarity with basic motion graphics, video, or animation tools is a plus.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$80,000. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
