Camboro Veterinary Hospital, located in Edinboro, PA—just a short drive from the beautiful Lake Erie—is looking for a Managing Veterinarian / Medical Director to guide our hospital into its next exciting chapter.

About the Role

As the Managing Veterinarian / Medical Director, you will play a key leadership role by:

• Overseeing all aspects of medical operations, from protocols to case management
• Leading and mentoring our team of associate veterinarians and support staff
• Ensuring full compliance with veterinary regulations and licensure requirements
• Driving strategic growth through innovative clinical and operational initiatives
• Monitoring financial performance, budget planning, and key hospital metrics
• Collaborating with the Hospital Manager to improve client experience and practice efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
• Active Pennsylvania veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Previous leadership or management experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Passion for mentorship, growth, and high-quality patient care
