About the Role 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate, Professional Marketing to support healthcare provider–focused marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Professional Marketing, this role will help execute multi-channel marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption among key healthcare audiences including veterinarians, practice administrators, and clinical staff. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer (2+ experience) who is eager to build expertise in B2B healthcare marketing, scientific communications, and professional education campaigns. Key Responsibilities 

Campaign & Program Support: 

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing programs across digital, content, email, events/conferences, and clinical education campaigns. 
  • Assist in development and deployment of marketing materials including emails, landing pages, social content, brochures, case studies, and sales enablement tools. 
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and asset management to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand. 
  • Support logistics and promotional efforts for conferences, webinars, and professional events. 

Content & Communications: 

  • Assist in drafting and editing marketing content tailored to professional healthcare audiences (e.g., veterinarians, nurses, technicians, lab directors, industry partners). 
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate clinical and scientific information into clear, engaging marketing materials. 
  • Help maintain consistency in brand messaging and ensure materials align with regulatory and compliance standards. 

Cross-Functional Coordination: 

  • Partner with Medical, Science, Training/Education, Innovation, and Referral Management teams to gather inputs and support campaign execution. 
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for design, production, and digital implementation. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day project communications and status updates. 

Analytics & Reporting: 

  • Track campaign performance metrics (email engagement, website traffic, event participation, lead generation, etc.). 
  • Assist in building dashboards and reports to measure program effectiveness. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts. 

Operational & Administrative Support:

  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and asset libraries. 
  • Support budget tracking and invoice processing for assigned initiatives. 
  • Ensure marketing systems (CRM, marketing automation platforms) are updated accurately. 

Scope & Development: 

  • Individual contributor role with close mentorship from the Marketing Manager. 
  • Opportunity to take ownership of defined projects and campaigns over time. 
  • Exposure to strategic planning, go-to-market execution, and scientific marketing within a professional healthcare environment. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field (internships included). 
  • Interest in B2B, healthcare, veterinary, life sciences, or professional marketing environments. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. 
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data and metrics. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field. 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, or ABM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo). 
  • Exposure to scientific, clinical, or technical marketing content. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare or veterinary industry audiences. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms).

The hourly range for this full-time non-exempt position is $26.95-$35.00. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
