Managing Veterinarian – Riverside Animal Hospital – Upper West Side, Manhattan, NY

We are seeking a Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director to lead Riverside Animal Hospital, a well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal practice serving the Upper West Side community.

Your Role as Managing Veterinarian:

  • Practice medicine your way while providing high-quality medical and surgical care
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of veterinarians and support staff
  • Partner on hospital operations, growth strategy, and culture
  • Drive a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment

We Offer:

  • Base salary of $175,000–$200,000, plus production and leadership incentives, providing the opportunity for significantly higher total earnings

Qualifications:

  • DVM or equivalent degree
  • 3+ years of clinical experience; leadership experience preferred
  • Licensure (or eligibility) to practice in New York
