Animal Emergency and Specialty Center in Poulsbo, WA is looking for Criticalist to become their Medical Director and help lead their established ER and growing Specialty teams!
Our new hospital is approximately 12,000 square feet and is fear-free focused. We have 10 beautiful exam rooms, 3 Surgery suites, a cat ward, 2 isolation rooms, a comfort room, and new equipment, to include CT, X Ray, blood gas machine, and Snyder oxygen cages.

As Medical Director, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive veterinary care to our patients, while maintaining a positive, professional, and supportive work environment for the veterinary team. Medical Directors are responsible for upholding the mission, vision, mentoring new ER docs, and values of the organization within the hospital. You will work in close partnership with the hospital director and regional leadership to ensure the hospital’s success by acting as a medical subject matter expert, overseeing the entire medical team, and driving operational excellence
We offer outstanding benefits and a base salary range of $180,000 - $210,000 (prosal model) + MD monthly stipend. We encourage professional growth and development.
