Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote (with travel)

Company: National Veterinary Associates (NVA)

Department: Project Management Office (PMO)

Job Summary

National Veterinary Associates is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to support strategic hospital initiatives within our veterinary network. This role sits within the Project Management Office and is responsible for driving day-to-day coordination, implementation activities, and hospital readiness efforts.

The Project Manager will own detailed project plans, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure hospitals are fully prepared for launch. This includes managing timelines aligned to construction and facility updates, technology enablement, training schedules, and operational workflow changes. The role requires hands-on follow-through — confirming dependencies are met, materials are delivered, stakeholders are aligned, and hospital teams have what they need to execute successfully.

This position works closely with Real Estate, IT, Marketing, Medical, Field Operations, and hospital leaders to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and keep execution on track. The Project Manager will proactively identify risks, escalate blockers, monitor readiness checkpoints, and reinforce standard processes to ensure consistent rollout across sites.

Success in this role requires strong organizational discipline, comfort operating in fast-moving environments, and the ability to balance detailed coordination with clear, practical communication to hospital teams. The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring initiatives are implemented smoothly while maintaining continuity of care and daily operations.
