We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Technician with a passion for providing exceptional care to our furry patients and outstanding service to their owners. Our dedicated team of veterinarians and veterinary technicians work together to offer top-notch medical care in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, and medical procedures
- Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments as directed
- Monitor anesthesia and assist with surgeries
- Perform laboratory work (blood draws, urinalysis, cytology)
- Educate pet owners on general care, preventive treatments, and post-surgical care
- Maintain patient medical records accurately
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment for both staff and patients
Qualifications:
- Active RVT license (or eligible for licensure)
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, friendly, and professional attitude
