Schedule & Work-Life Balance

4-day work week
Four 10-hour shifts
Rotating Saturday shifts (monthly or less)

What You’ll Do

As an RVT at Animal Hospital of Worthington, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting veterinarians with advanced surgical procedures
• Anesthesia monitoring and surgical nursing
• Surgical preparation and patient recovery
• Dental procedures and radiographs
• Patient care, treatment plans, and diagnostics
• Working collaboratively with multiple veterinarians and support staff
• Helping maintain our high standards of medical care and patient safety

This is an excellent role for a technician who enjoys surgery but also likes variety, you’ll have opportunities both in and out of the surgical suite.


What We’re Looking For

Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or eligible for licensure in Ohio
Experience in surgery or anesthesia preferred (or strong interest in developing these skills)
Passion for high-quality patient care and surgical medicine
A team-oriented mindset and flexibility working with multiple DVMs
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive hospital culture

Compensation & Benefits

$24–$27 per hour, based on experience
