Rockwall County Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our established, four-doctor team in beautiful Rockwall, Texas, just 30 minutes east of Dallas. With a strong and loyal client base, highly trained support staff, and a collaborative culture, our practice offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Experienced Veterinarians will enjoy stepping into a busy schedule with strong production-based earning potential and the autonomy to practice high-quality medicine. New graduates will benefit from hands-on mentorship and the opportunity to build confidence and clinical skills while working alongside a team of experienced doctors in a supportive learning environment.

With no on-call responsibilities and access to nearby specialty and emergency hospitals, our veterinarians can focus on practicing great medicine and enjoying time outside of work.

For new graduates, this position will be included in the NVA Texas Mentorship Program. In this program, our ADVMs will have access to:
