We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our veterinary clinic is seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Assistant to join our growing hospital.
Position: Veterinary Assistant (Reception)
Location: Fundy Veterinarians - Truro and Shubenacadie
Hours: Full Time

Exceptional Customer Service: As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must!
Organization: Scheduling appointments, managing records, and multitasking are all in a day's work for our receptionists. If you're organized and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you!
Love for Animals: You'll be surrounded by adorable pets daily. An affinity for animals is essential.
Team Player: Our clinic is like a close-knit family. We need someone who can work well with our veterinarians, vet techs, and support staff.Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with a smile Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
Maintain and update patient records
