Our clinic is modern and immaculate, outfitted with the latest technology, including ultrasound, advanced diagnostics, Idexx systems, and are fully paperless. We specialize in a wide range of soft-tissue surgeries and dentistry, ensuring our patients receive top-tier care. Our team is a cohesive, friendly, and adaptable group of professionals, including four full-time DVMs, one part-time DVM, four RVTs, three Veterinary Assistants, seven front staff members, and a dedicated Hospital Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with clients by gathering information and listening to and empathizing with their concerns.
  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures that deliver the highest quality care while minimizing patient stress and discomfort.
  • Communicate with clients on topics such as pet diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive health care, and nutritional needs.
  • Consistently conduct daily follow-up calls to ensure thorough patient care and progression, setting reminders to maintain clear and timely communication with clients about their pets' health.
  • Maintain client/patient medical/surgical records and make certain all necessary logs are kept up to date through established protocols.
  • Stay current on new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine.
  • Present a positive image of the hospital to the professional community and to the public.
  • Work in a communicative and collaborative fashion that focuses on team success.
  • Ideally two years of experience but open to new graduates.



Skills and Basic Qualifications

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in Ontario.
  • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
