Westridge Animal Hospital is a well-established 5 doctor practice in Texarkana. We are currently looking for an Experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative to help support our busy front desk. Our CSR's hold a very important role by being the first point of contact to our clients and their pets. This position requires a highly motivated, compassionate, hardworking individual that has outstanding communicative and multitasking skills. The individual that we seek will welcome guests positively and warmly, develop long-term relationships with clients and staff members, and execute all administrative tasks to the highest of standards. Not only should you have a love of animals, but also the desire to further your knowledge of veterinary medicine to better serve our clients and their pets.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly manner as soon as they arrive in the clinic, as well as over the phone
Schedule appointments accurately
Answer incoming calls expeditiously with a smile on your face
Enter client/patient information accurately in our PIMS system
Answer routine questions and provide accurate information in-person and via phone regarding preventative veterinary care and routine medications.
Respond to emails and text messages, and fax documents promptly
Ensure the reception area is kept clean and presentable to our clientele
