Job Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with clients by gathering information, listening to, and empathizing with their concerns.
  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical procedures with high-quality care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive health care.
  • Maintain up-to-date medical/surgical records and logs.
  • Stay current with new medical information and veterinary practices.
  • Assist in developing the paraprofessional team to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Represent the hospital positively in the professional community.

Skills and Basic Qualifications:

  • DVM or related degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in good standing.
