Pacific Veterinary Hospital has proudly served the greater Portland area since 1953. We are a well-established 4 doctor, small animal practice that provides the highest standard of care to our patients, and unbelievably inventive customer service to our large clientele. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience…oh my!

  • A Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in great standing to practice in the state of Oregon.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
  • The ability to delegate responsibility and achieve maximum results with hospital team members.
  • Must be capable of superior decision making and problem solving.
  • The ability to coach, develop, and motivate colleagues.
  • Demonstrates time and task management.
  • Exemplifies professional and courteous presentation all clients and team members.
  • 3+ years of small animal surgical experience preferred.
