Prairie Animal Hospital (PAH) is looking for a dedicated Veterinarian to join our excellent team! If you have been dreaming of a practice that will let you explore your passion in veterinary medicine and further your skills, then this is the place for you!

PAH has been serving Lake Country in the Waukesha County community for over 40 years. Located in North Prairie, Wisconsin, Prairie Animal Hospital provides primary care, referral services, and limited emergency services for a population of approximately 100,000 in the surrounding areas.

PAH is a legacy practice, having been in business for over 40 years, with established clientele, as well as new patients every week. New graduates can learn and grow and seasoned Veterinarians will find familiarity in an expanding, successful animal hospital. Prairie has a cohesive team, where the staff can truly pursue their passion and develop any specialty skills or interests. They work together towards a common goal and celebrate the wins. The Medicine

Prairie Animal Hospital believes that pets are important members of our families and treats each pet as if it were their very own. They strive to offer the best medical, dental, and surgical services possible and are equipped with multiple exam rooms, treatment room, surgery suite, digital x-rays, a complete pharmacy, and more! PAH embraces the latest technology and encourages staff to stay educated on the latest in veterinary medicine. Our solid veterinary practice continues to grow and thrive through over 40 years of ups and downs.

THE AREA

North Prairie is in the heart of LAKE COUNTRY, WI, with over 140 surrounding lakes. It is just outside of Waukesha and close to Milwaukee, Oconomowoc, and Delafield. Being in the Southern Unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest where there are numerous hiking trails and historic sites to explore. Broadlands Golf Club, an 18-hole public golf course and country club, is but a few miles from the Animal Hospital and boasts a 4 ½ star rating from Golf Digest.
